The People Behind the Products
A badge can show what was recognized, not why.

Every recognized product represents decisions made by specific people — a materials engineer who chose a repairable fastening method over a cheaper welded one, a designer who spent a development cycle on a battery indicator most users will glance at for half a second. Aurora’s editorial coverage exists partly to make those decisions visible, since a badge alone can show that something was recognized but not why, or by whose judgment call. This is the first in an occasional series profiling the design and engineering choices behind Aurora-recognized products, independent of any single winner.
