Privacy notice.
This notice describes what actually happens to information you enter into this site — not a generic template.
What we collect
The awards-entry form collects: your name, organization, and email; your product's name, brand, website, and category; a business registration document (a certificate of incorporation, tax registration, or equivalent); at least one independent press or review URL; and the declarations you check before submitting. The contact form and newsletter signup collect only what you type into them. We use your email address specifically to verify that you control it, by sending a confirmation link before your entry enters review.

This site sets one cookie to remember your language preference between visits. See the Cookies notice for detail.
Why we process it
We process this data with your consent, given when you check the entry's declarations and submit the form, for the specific purpose of evaluating your award entry.
Who else touches this data
We use Supabase to host the database and store the uploaded document (encrypted in transit and at rest), Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm submissions aren't automated (it does not track you for advertising), and Resend to send the single verification email. These are processors acting on our instructions — we do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We retain entry data for the duration of the awards cycle it was submitted for. You can request earlier deletion at any time — see Questions below.
Who can see it
Only Aurora Awards' editorial team, through an authenticated internal review panel. Submitted entries and documents are never public and are never indexed by search engines.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time — contact us using the link below.
